DHL has created a new service and portal to allow retailers to manage their returns.
Called Just Right Returns, the portal can be branded and customised by the retailer.
Customers can register a return and use either an in-box return label, a home-printed label or a return barcode to be scanned on their device.
Returns can then be handed over at the nearest DHL ServicePoint, a network of thousands of click and collect points located in convenience stores in the UK.

“It was with this goal in mind that we created Just Right Returns. Our returns portal, drop off and tracking system are easy to use, customisable and offers consumers peace of mind throughout the returns journey.”
