L’Occitane has launched a same-day delivery service called Ship from Store in London, with plans to expand it across the rest of the UK.
Working with delivery specialist On the dot, the cosmetics retailer will be able to offer customers a two-hour delivery window between 11am and 6pm on any day of the week.
The technology integrates directly into L’Occitane’s website, allowing customers to opt-in at the online checkout or via a portal on an in-store tablet.
The service will be extended across the rest of its 86 stores in early 2019.
