Singing delivery boxes return for Amazon Christmas ad campaign

Amazon’s singing delivery boxes return in the retailer’s latest Christmas television ad campaign, this time belting out the Jackson 5 hit Can You Feel It?

The campaign sees the boxes singing on their journey around the world, via Amazon fulfilment centres and delivery drivers and arriving in homes, offices and hospitals alike to bring a smile to the recipients.

Initiatives like Amazon lockers also feature in the campaign, which launched on Saturday 3 November with a 30, 60 and 90-second version of the ad which will run across nine countries, including the US, UK, Germany and Mexico.

Last year’s Give Christmas campaign was based on the Roger Hodgson song Give a Little Bit and followed the delivery journey of a parcel ordered on a bus through to its arrival into the arms of a girl on the other side of the world and also featured singing delivery boxes.

“Our 2017 Singing Boxes campaign was met with love last year,” said a spokeswoman for Amazon. “This year we’re building on that spirit again, this time by focusing even more on our customers’ interaction with the singing boxes and o the joy they share,” she said.

For anyone who was or is a fan of Supertramp, you’ve got to see the band’s founder, Roger Hodgson, live in concert. Not only did Roger give us Give a Little Bit, but also Breakfast in America, Take the Long Way Home, Dreamer, School, Fool’s Overture, The Logical Song, Take the Long Way Home, and so many more. Don’t miss his show. His voice is incredible and that band of his sounds even better than Supertramp in their heyday. Check out tour dates at
