Revealing our Returns Research

We conducted a two part survey looking into retailers predictions for returns across the busy Christmas and New Year’s period, and then how these predictions actually materialised. Returns research editor Liz Morrell presented our findings.

Research report ran over 3 months and 42% of retailers saw increased returns in 2013 – only 7% saw a drop. Retails feel half these are due to not meeting expectations.
