Whilst it’s no secret that getting returns right offers huge opportunity for retailers it remains a tough nut to crack. But global returns specialists ReBOUND is hoping to change that with the launch of The Returns Revolution.
The Returns Revolution is a free to access site which provides an area focused on sharing the latest returns trends from around the world – from sharing top tips, best practice guidance and knowledge about returns and how they can be used to a brand’s true advantage, as well as an oversight of trends across the e-Commerce world plus upcoming developments.
For those who want deeper knowledge they can access an eclusive ‘client zone’ which will allow them to see more about what is going on in their own ReBOUND platform, something already being used by the likes of ASOS, Boden, Surfdome and Wiggle.
“We’ve been working hard behind the scenes on this new site and we’re thrilled to officially unveil it to the wider sector,” said Graham Best, CEO of ReBOUND Returns.

The company currently measures seven areas as part of its quarterly benchmark, The Great Returns Race, which analyses brands that are currently leading the way and those which are lagging behind.
